Tokyo Metropolis is where the two come together!
Tokyo is just Tokyo, but Tokyo Metropolis is the Megacity that also includes Yokohama, Kawasaki, Chiba, and much of Saitama.
Thanks to low productivity and over-manning, the metropolis of Greater Tokyo is the biggest city in the World!
