In Japan, busking in train stations is very well organised, as we can see in this performance by Rina (梨奈) on the 18th of October, 2025. This was part of something called "Shibuya Street Live," with dedicated spaces and times for buskers hoping to get their music to a wider audience. Rina describes herself as a "singer songwriter," and seemed to have a small dedicated following of largely middle-aged men, although she did seem to pick up one or two new fans.
